We offer a comprehensive range of Organic Fruit, Vegetables & Salad items either individually or in Set Boxes together with Fresh Local Organic Dairy Products and Meat.
The contents of the vegetables boxes are altered weekly
to reflect local seasonal availability. We use local producers
as much as possible.
We can also deliver a vast range of wholefoods, health foods, "Free From" foods and other items from our Carmarthen based Shop. Please Click Here
